Terms & Conditions of Use – ef5 Platform
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of ef5's online entertainment platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Application
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ef5 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ef5 platform.
These terms apply to all ef5 platform users, including web visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing the platform via the official ef5 mobile app. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The ef5 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. ef5 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account.
- Registration details must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
- Ef5 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through valid documentation.
- Accounts found to contain false information will be suspended or closed immediately.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your ef5 account password confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ef5 support team immediately.
- Ef5 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of their password.
- Use a strong, unique password to keep your account secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Ef5 platform users agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:
- Transferring or selling your account to another party.
- Opening more than one account under the same or different names.
- Using another person's account without authorisation.
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to influence game outcomes.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt ef5's platform systems.
- Distributing harmful content, spam, or false information through the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation of financial transactions.
Ef5 reserves the right to take legal action against users who violate these terms, including reporting them to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the ef5 platform are conducted in Malaysia's currency, the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their ef5 account come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policy, which may change from time to time.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the ef5 account.
- Ef5 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing large withdrawals, for identity verification and financial compliance purposes.
- Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 business hours.
- Any bonuses or promotional credits received are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) specified separately in the relevant promotion terms.
- Ef5 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banking institutions or e-wallet providers.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Ef5 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. ef5 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connection issues.
All content on the ef5 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of ef5 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit this content in any way without explicit written permission from ef5.
Ef5 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users may also request account closure by contacting ef5 support. Any legitimate account balance will be returned in accordance with the established procedures.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The ef5 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ef5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policy of each website they visit separately.
Ef5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
